Lee Hooper is a Fine Art photographer who was brought up in a number of exotic locations such as Hong Kong before settling in the less than exotic Midlands in the 90's. Lee is a stylish young chap, with a love for fashion, style, music and the arts. Lee's style is part German preppy, part 50's throwback (not rockabilly though).

Male Part 1
Saying the same kind of pressures exist for the majority of men is becoming more and more true. Certainly there are cases where boys in school are teased for being rotund, and there are even rare events of anorexia.
Today, it is becoming increasingly common for men to have their eyes done, to give the appearance of youth and vigor in a corporate boardroom, or to have their love handles removed to get close to that Calvin Klein model look. But the social pressure to be in shape is probably a lot closer to fashion for men.
MEN WANT TO BE SHEEP
Despite evidence to the contrary, men, even more than women, are slaves to fashion. But the desire is not so much to be at the forefront of innovation; it is to blend in with the great mass of men. In the '30s and '40s, no man was seen outside without a hat. In the '50s, they all buzzed their hair to within an inch of its life. And to wear something other than a suit to business meetings today is close to heresy.
